Started in September of 2005 and still going strong, the
Portland Horse Project inspires moments of whimsy with
a nod to history. People of all ages enjoy catching glimpses
of toy horses tethered to rings as the city embraced
this participatory public art project from the beginning!

How to particpate
Get a toy horse, some cable and clasps, find a ring,
and then here's a quick helpful video:
We recently released a beautiful 7 inch square, hardcover photo book:
The book and other items in our shop are simply intended
to be a fun way to share the project.
